Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes, with a free Wikidoc account. The Free plan includes 3 checklists, with schedules, photos and sign-off. Pro and Team include unlimited checklists.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free one. Generate checklists opens Wikidoc in a new window, where you sign up or sign in, and your description is waiting in Draft with AI. Wikidoc works on a laptop or desktop computer.

Can they repeat daily, weekly or monthly?

Yes. Each checklist repeats daily, weekly or monthly, and a daily one can skip weekends. Whoever it’s assigned to gets a fresh copy each time it’s due.

Can staff add photos and sign off?

Yes. Any task can ask for a photo as proof, and each finished checklist goes to the person who signs it off, with every tick timestamped.

What does Team add?

Analytics on who has done what, document approvals, client portals and task boards around your checklists. Team needs a work email address. Checklist sign-off is on every plan.

Are the tasks right for my local rules?

They’re a starting point. Check anything about food safety, health, hygiene or safety against the rules where you work before your team relies on it.

When isn’t it the right tool?

For one-off or personal to-do lists: these checklists repeat. And for inspections that legally need a set form, use the one your regulator gives you.

Can I edit them?

Yes. Review every draft before anything is created: rename it, change its tasks or how often it repeats, or untick the ones you don’t want. Every AI draft needs a human read-through.
