Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes, with a free Wikidoc account. The Free plan includes 3 quizzes, and paid plans make as many as you need.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free one. Generate quiz opens Wikidoc in a new window, where you sign up or sign in, and your file or notes are waiting there. Wikidoc works on a laptop or desktop computer.

What happens to my file?

It doesn’t leave your browser until you’ve signed in to Wikidoc. Then it goes straight into your Wikidoc account, like any file you add there, and it’s kept as the source. Nothing is sent to Wikidoc from this page.

What kind of questions does it write?

Multiple-choice questions, each with four options and one right answer, written to be answered from your source alone. Each question notes the part of the source its answer comes from.

How many questions?

Enough to cover every learning objective in your source, so a longer procedure gets more. The example on this page has 8. You can add, change or remove questions afterwards.

Can I export it to my LMS?

On paid plans, export the quiz as QTI or GIFT, or a whole training module as SCORM 1.2. On the Free plan, your team takes it in Wikidoc.

When isn’t it the right tool?

For classroom revision, trivia, or lead-generation quizzes on a website: it’s built for workplace training. It also needs a source, because every answer comes from what you add, not from general knowledge.

Can I edit the questions?

Yes. Change any question, option or answer in Wikidoc, and set the pass mark. Every AI draft needs a human read-through before your team relies on it.
