When a date comes up, the item appears under Needs your attention on its owners' Home pages: a service from 7 days before it's due, a warranty or insurance from 30 days before it ends, a policy review from 14 days before, and a contract renewal once its notice period starts. Registers don't send emails.
Everyone in your organization can view the registers and export them. Managers and Admins add, edit and delete items, and choose their owners.

Registers are part of the Team plan. If your organization leaves the Team plan, your registers stay and everyone can still view and export them, but nobody can change them.
