Free flowchart template
A yes/no flowchart is a decision flowchart where every question has two answers, Yes and No, and each answer leads to the next step. This template decides a customer request: whether you offer it, whether you can meet the date, and whether it needs a manager's approval, then accepts, refers or declines it.
Updated November 2026 · Opens in Wikidoc as a process map · Free to use, don’t resell
The template opens as a process map, laid out with its lanes, steps and decisions, ready to edit.
Rename the lanes to your team’s roles, change the questions to match your rules, and add or remove steps.
Attach your SOPs and checklists to the steps, so whoever does the work can open the instructions from the map.
This works on the Free plan: up to 10 process maps from templates, free forever.

A decision flowchart where every question is answered Yes or No, and each answer has its own arrow to what happens next, so anyone can follow it to the same outcome.
As few as decide the outcome, usually between two and eight. If it grows past that, split it into two maps, or turn a group of questions into a checklist.
Not in this pattern. If a question has three or more answers, such as low, medium or high, use a decision with more branches, as in the incident escalation flowchart.
Yes. You can open and change it in Wikidoc at no cost, as one of the 10 process maps from templates on the Free plan.
